Encouraged. We evaluate understanding, implementation, problem solving, security, documentation, and professional judgment—not whether AI was used.
05Do you conduct interviews for internships?+
Our primary evaluation is a practical technical challenge rather than a conventional interview. Identity and certificate review happen before project assignment.
06How do certificate checks work?+
Only records found in our issuance ledger are confirmed. Unknown, revoked, or externally issued IDs are never presented as verified and may be referred for manual review.
